    Just made this salad and my husband who doesn't even like salad enjoyed this! I had to replace the pomegranate with craisins (dried cranberries because no one sold them here. The salad dressing IS tart so the way Guy toned it down was with the honey so, don't forget the honey!

    I'm a college student and couldn't afford the Gorgonzola cheese or the champagne vinegar. So I didn't use the cheese and used red wine vinegar instead. I added mandarin oranges and I thought it was fantastic. The honey really makes a difference, without it the salad would be really tart (that could be because of my vinegar substitution. At any rate, loved the salad! I'll def. make it again! :D

    I made this salad for a Christmas dinner we had yesterday with family and it was DELICIOUS! Everyone LOVED it and it was also very festive looking. This is definitely going on my list of holiday favorites to make again and again. Thanks, Guy! This salad is MONEY (to coin a Guy phrase! ;

    I made this salad for s light Sunday dinner and my husband and I thought it was wonderful. Not only are the flavors wonderful but it is beautiful. The honey is just the right touch to balance the tangy dressing. I'm making changes to my Christmas dinner menu because this will be a delightful addition.

    This was such a fun salad to make! I arranged the spinach in a wreath shape and used the pear slices as "leaves" and a few pomegranate seeds as "berries". I then scattered the remaining seeds around and used goat cheese crumbles as "snow". The dressing is excellent. This is my first Christmas as a fiancee and my soon to be mother in law would like this salad to be a holiday staple, which I'm happy to abide by :

    I made this salad and I fell in love with it! I just had to change the vinegar to apple cider because I couldn't find te white champagne vinegar and it was wonderful, so I could only imagine how much betteritwill be when I make it with the correct vinegar. I loved he way the sweetness of the pear and honey tasted with the tartness of th lemon juice, vinegar and the cheese. Thank you for sharing.
