This was yummy. I love halibut. This recipe was easy to make. I did subsitiute panko crumbs for the pepitas. Next time I will use the pepita. This recipe is definitely a keeper

I am not a lover of fish but this was very good! I used shelled pumpkin seeds and loved them, also did not blend the sauce and it was just fine. Hubby loved it too!

This recipe isnt as complicated as it seems. I followed with other reviews and skipped the pepitas and used Panko instead. This is now my favorite halibut recipe next to phyllo wrapped halibut.

Very delicious and easy!! However, Pepitas are not available at your local Safeway, I had to substitute panko this first time. You'll love it though!

This is an excellent dish and a very versatile sauce. I didn't oven finish and you could certainly use just about any fish. I enjoy pepitas, but you could also use panko flakes or some other seed for crunch. Easy on the peppers when handling as they are very hot! I added a little white wine on one occasion which also worked well. Plate up your entree over a swirl of sauce for nice presentation and fresh cilantro sprig.

Loved the sauce. Substituted tilapia for halibut. Family did not love the pepitas. Next time will use sunflower seeds or just saute fish and serve with sauce.

Easy & delicious. Really have to watch the seeds though, I almost burned them! The kids aren't fish lovers so I also used chicken and they loved it. The sauce was very good. Made this with a parsnip, apple, potato & cauliflower puree that I roasted then added some chicken stock & cream and blended in the food processor until it was smooth. The sweetness of the puree & the spice of the sauce was delicious together.

This was fabulous and so easy to make. The fish was fantastic on it's own but the sauce made it even better. I also made it with the green chile mashers. Great combo!
