I made this for my family along with the Green Chili Mashers last night. Everybody really loved it. This was the first time that I have cooked fish and it was easy. The halibut wasn't easy to find, found it at Petaluma Market and the pepitas at a Mexican Market. The serrano cream adds a great extra flavor. I felt like a gourmet chef! Thanks Guy Fieri.

Dude, this Halibut Rocks on!!! No kidding. I had to go to three stores to find halibut and it was worth it. The combination of pepita's and the Cilantro Serrano Cream made every bite exciting.
The Green Chile Mashers your paired with it was outstanding. You get a GOLD MEDAL for this dinner! Happy Valentine's Day my friend!

Absolutely perfect! Prep times were accurate, and the pepitas, cilantro and hint of serrano added the right punch. Feiri hits a homer here.
