OMG....this was AMAZING!!! Even better the next day! I served them with pizza dough strips and when those ran out we used Ritz crackers. Oh so good!

Oh man! This baby is a winner!!!! Really delicious... a star hit at our superbowl party! Super easy to make. First time I made it without bell peppers, this time with them. Personally, I liked it better without.

This is not even out of the oven and I'm already swooning. The sauce is great-can't wait to put it on pizza, too. I only did the pepperoni strips because the kids are picky. How come I've never fried pepperoni before? Would be great on pizza that way, smothered in mozz. I bought the little mozzarella balls and split them in half and dunked them down in the sauce, so hopefully they'll melt down, not just on top. The cheese mixture on the bottom tastes great all alone. So excited to eat this with some breadsticks later while watching the Super Bowl! Thanks-I'll update after we devour it. ;-

Make cheesy garlic bread sprinkled with parsley and cut into strips. Roll pizza dough into cheesy garlic bread sticks. You can stuff the cheesy garlic bread sticks with cheese (wrap dough around string cheese, pepperoni or both.

I've tried lots of Guys' recipes and love them but this one.....................Made it for superbowl and was dissappointed. Don't know about the rest of the country, but here in Tx we do not put ricotta cheese on our pizzas. Made the recipe as printed and it just didn't go well. Everyone tried it but no one went back for seconds.

Awesome! Made it for last night's Superbowl party, and I am definitely making this again.

My only substitution was that I used shredded block mozzerella instead of the fresh. The cheese layer cemented together into one layer that took a little work to get through, but it wasn't a big deal.

We bought some fresh pizza dough from the grocery store's bakery counter, and we made it into breadsticks. They went perfectly with the dip.

I am also saving the recipe for the pizza sauce from this dip. It's awesome by itself!

Don't overdo the pepperoni strips. Keep tabs on them and pull one for taste test now and then. My first batch burned to a crisp before I realized they were overcooked. Luckily, I had more pepperoni available.

This stuff was amazing. Some of the ingredients can be switched out to make this recipe a little bit less expensive. First of all you can just buy your own pizza sauce rather than make one from scratch. You can also use regular mozzerella instead of buffalo mozzerella. Since I am not i big tomato chunks and mushrooms kind of girl so I just put pepperoni matchsticks amd even there i didnt even have to get them crispy because they turn out just fine. This was my second time making it and it was delishous as the first time! Thanks Guy!!
