I made this recipe last year. It was a hit! Now I get requests from coworkers as to "when are you going to make those turkey panini's again, those were GOOD!"
It is a perfectly balanced sandwich.

Forget sandwiches!!!!! I made this for my Thanksgiving turkey and it was an off-the-charts mega hit!!!!! My husband, who doesn't like turkey AT ALL, LOVED>LOVED>LOVED this! Aside from a little messy in the kitchen, it is a delight to cook and absolutely a keeper way to cook turky any time of the year. I'd give it 10 stars if they were available. No changes necessary.

SAw this on "Big Bite" first, then "Triple D" later. HAve made it several times and always got great reviews. Even took the rub and rubbed the Christmas Turkey last year (inside the skin, Even my picky niece went back for more!

    Love this recipe!

I am fortunate enough to live in Fairhope Alabama, and eat at Panini Pete's quite often. This is the best turkey sandwich anyone can ever eat. I will try it at home now, but going to Pete's is an experience, and that will always be my first choice.
Guy, thanks for having Pete there and sharing his wonderful recipe. He did great and Fairhope is now known all over. Come back!!!

I am so grateful to have this recipe! I saw the Triple D episode that featured Pete's Turkey Panini. When I saw the "deep fried" Turkey Panini, I thought "that's money" and "sure would love to try it"; but living in California I didn't see myself making it to Alabama any time soon to get a taste. Now, I can try it in "Cali". I can't wait to make this sandwich! Thanks Pete and Guy.

Chef Pete has got it goin' on! Tender turkey, better than roasting any day and mayo to die for!

    You gotta try this one!
