Easy, yummy, and creative. I skipped the pepper and EVOO step.

I made this for a party last year and it was one of the first things to go. Friends raved about how very good but simple it was. I am making it again for a party next week and will make twice as much! I've never even made the soup to go with it just served it as a snack (appetizer.

    Great great easy fun recipe

This is an awesome pistachio and salmon lunch or dinner recipe from celebrity chef Jesse Brune. It?s yummy and heart healthy, with lots of protein, fiber, and good fats http://thegreennut.org/recipes/07-pistachio-dusted-roast-salmon.html

Magazine has a neat article on reducing your risk of heart disease and diabetes with nuts. True fact: A daily serving or two of pistachios, in healthy recipes or as a snack, may decrease LDL bad cholesterol levels by 9 to 12%, according to a recent Pennsylvania State University study of articles on pistachio nuts. http://thegreennut.org/health/prevention/nutty-way-to-fight-disease.html
