    Recipe and tasty! I used 1 cup whole wheat fllour and 2 cups all purpose. made pita's with half the dough and made rolls out of the rest using a 3 inch biscuit cutter cooke at 350 for 12 minutes

    Works well with other syrups, WHAT IS AGAVE SYRUP??????
    I've been looking for aq good Pitta bread as I experiment with all breads.

    I liked the dough. I used 1/3 whole wheat flour and 2/3 AP, but mixed it by hand and added the oil with the other ingredients. I also discovered that by letting the dough rise longer you get a better "pita pocket".

    didnt have agave nectar or grape seed oil so i used honey and olive oil they came out nice and puffy, i actually made them a dessert with marshmallow fluff and nutella yum

    Followed the recipe as written except I used whole wheat flour and I mixed and kneaded by hand. (to 1st reviewer - perhaps they meant stand mixer instead of food processor? I've made Tyler's pita's before and these are just as good. Not all puffed up as expected, but that could be that my yeast may be at the end of its time? All in all, very good and the agave syrup was a nice touch. I made them with the sides shown on the show and Guy's falafels. delicious meal.
