so yummy and lots of flavor! So much better than the same ol' stuffed peppers! I had enough "stuffing" for 6 or 7 peppers. So you could use the halved bell peppers that didn't get chopped up and stuff those as well for family that can't do the spicy poblanos! We added a dallop of sour cream to cut the heat. But if you like spicy, you'll love love love this!

I was so excited to try this recipe because I love chorizo, poblanos, and shrimp. It was okay, but I wouldn't make this again. it sounded better than it was.

this recipe is a keeper. For those that cant find chorizo there several web sites with recipes. I make my own all the time. Its perfect for this recipe. Got to go make more chorizo so I can make this again!

Mexican hubby watched me making this, shaking his head.. "Chorizo.. and shrimp?? I don't know.." We live in a small town in Montana, couldn't find fresh poblanos anywhere, so I thought, what the heck, he wouldn't eat the pepper anyway, I'll just substitute roasted red peppers.. and know what? HE LOVED IT, went back for seconds and announced, "THAT is a KEEPER!" Other than the poblano, I followed the recipe to a T. Thanx, Guy!

To die for. Cant find chirozo in Fl panhandle but andouille works extremely well. Also dice the 1/4 of the pablano that is cut out and add to mixture. Real Tex-Mex stuff.

Very tasty, can't wait to try it again. I tried 3 different grocery stores and all were out of poblanos. I used green bell peppers instead. The dish was still delish but you could tell how much better it will be with poblanos.
