Joel, I'm not sure if this is the recipe you are looking for. I didn't see the episode last week, but this is what I found with a search in Guy's recipes for "crab". They are crab burgers that are in panko. Hope this helps!

Very good! The pork and slaw work just as well for pulled pork sandwiches - a soft bun is all you need! Thanks for an easy recipe.

These egg rolls are delicious! I have to say I cant comment on the recipe exactly because I didnt make the pulled pork or the coleslaw recipe that he had. I made a pulled pork recipe from Tyler Florence the day before, and I used the leftovers for this recipe. So mainly I just did the egg roll part with my leftover pork and coleslaw. This is a great way to use up your leftover pork! The egg rolls came out so crunchy on the outside and nice and juicy in the middle with all the bbq sauce and coleslaw. I will make again and again! You've got to try these!

My family had a cooking contest on New Year's Eve this year and each member was required to make and bring a gourmet appetizer. We pass some out to each person and were judged on taste, originality, presentation and inspiration. I made these egg rolls and I WON!!!! By a landslide they tell me and among 10 other really impressive appetizers. This was the first time I made egg rolls of any kind and was afraid of how they would come out but they were great and unique in a good way. I made the Neely's BBQ sauce ahead of time and cooked the pork in it instead of using bottle sauce. I also used the leftover sauce to serve along side for dipping. Yum! My only recommendations would be to make sure there is enough BBQ sauce in the pork after it is pulled apart and don't be skimpy on the cole slaw. Also, I assembled all my egg rolls ahead of time and they started getting soggy because i put the egg wash on to soon. It is best to do that just before dropping them in the hot oil. Highly recommend these awesome egg rolls!

Got to use my new little deep fryer for this...both egg roll recipe and coleslaw recipe are great. My husband does not normally like coleslaw but thought this one was delicious! We actually got some really good creamy ranch and chipotle ranch dressing as a dip and they were amazing with them.

I just made these for dinner and they were great. Instead of cooking the pork in the oven, I used my slow cooker. I also had to use pork shoulder instead of the pork butt. The grocery store didn't have the port butt. I still cut the pork into for pieces and used the same ingredients. I put the slow cooker on high for 2 1/2 hours then removed to shred the meat. After shredding the meat I added the meat back into the slow cooker to continue cooking for another 1/2 to an hour. I also didn't cover the roll in the egg mixture before frying. I'm not sure how this may have changed the egg roll, but they were still crispy and delicious.
