I made this last night along with hamburgers & my family loved loved them. Needless to say they were a huge hit! I was afraid they were going to be way to spicy, but they weren't at all, my mother-in-law even loved them and she doesn't like anything spicy.

I was slightly nervous given the "rajun' cajun" name... I was looking for a basic onion ring recipe. But because this had such rave reviews I decided to try it. I was hooked after the first bite. I think my exact words were "Oh wow! Those are delicious!" And there you have it: Delicious! Definitely try it.

I've never made onion rings at home, but this recipe will make me think twice before ordering them again! I used a at home deep fryer and the rings were perfectly crunchy and the batter...!!! The batter is amazing. I will definitely be making these again!

Followed the recipe to the letter. Great, great, great. Used a home deep fryer, which made all the difference.

Ok, so I didn't use red onions Uused vadalia's instead, nor did I have celery salt; but these were still bangin'!

Everything that GUY cooks is great. He is the best. We are tired of Bobby Flay grilling, Rachel making up anything and calling it a recipe, and Ina using to much salt. ALL OF GUY'S RECIPES ARE WONDERFUL.
