    I found the cumin to be a bit overpowering-- would half that next time. Pepper flavors mingled in my mouth afterward, which I liked. We (unfortunately have only a gas grill..I expect charcoal would definitely help the flavors come alive. Overall, good, but not a favorite.

    Phenomenal. The chicken is spectacular--as is the whole combination. My husband declared it "restaurant quality." Definitely grill the chicken to make the most out of the flavor. We used whole wheat kaiser rolls--very good. We made it last week and we are having it again! Guy rocks! :

    I marinated the chicken the previous night for better taste. I also did not use the cabbage with my sandwich. It was truly delicious and the tequila worked pleasantly with all the other flavors. I put the ingredients in a food processor for a more liquid marinade. The marinade does burn if gets on the skin so take precaution.

    Best Chicken Ever! We Love it and everyone who has had a taste wants the recipes. But I do not make mine I to a sandwich we Just eat it straight up. and I saute the peppers from the marinade for about 10 minutes and slap them right on top. YUM!

    I saw Guy make this on t.v. and needed to try and make it for my family. Well everyone was blown away by how tasty it was. I cooked the chicken on the hibachi which made it taste great! I highly recommend this recipe for anyone who is willing to try something different. I'm making it again this Labor Day weekend for the entire family. It's a hit!!
