Love this. Easy to adapt to your own tastes. I've "cajuned" it up and served it with shrimp.

This was fabulous! Loved it. I used homemade chicken stock and bacon instead. I fried the bacon first and then put it in rice. The only recommendation I can make is to add the peas at the last minute. They do not need to cook so long. I definitely will make this rice again and it's good for a crowd. Thanks Guy!

I got this recipe out of Guy's cookbook and made it the other night. It does make a lot but it is very tasty! I followed the recipe exactly but I think next time I'll cut it in half. And there will be a next time!

Made a ton...nothing spectacular..really not a lot of taste. Maybe I did something wrong. However, loved the pan seared chicken breasts!

Good. Wow, this makes a lot. I'll have to cut it in half next time. I used bacon instead of proscuitto. I think next time I will saute the oil, butter, onions, bacon and garlic together before I brown the rice and noodles. I didn't use red pepper.

Super delicious and will definitely make again. Just a wonderful side dish. Didn't have any prosciutto on hand, so used bacon instead. Using one or the other, I feel, is essential as it adds a wonderful smokiness to the dish. Enjoy!!

I followed his recipe except at the end I added 1/2 cup- dry roasted peanuts. It was crunchy and all my guests raved about it and I had to hand over Guy's recipe. Its a staple now as a side dish with any meat. Try it you will devour the whole dish. Lucy

Discovered this recipe last summer. Saw the show again today, and it brought back memories. Will have to make this again soon. It is to die for. So easy to make and it goes with just about any main dish your going to make. Best side dish around. Thanks again Guy. You have one of the best pallets around. You and Tyler are my favorites. You guys cook like guys like to eat. You go guys!
