Loved the simplicity of this recipe. It is a great alternative to mashed potatos or just a great way to enjoy cauliflower that I've never seen before.

I used some Paleo modifications - I used chicken broth instead of milk, and it still came out great. Simple, quick, healthy substitute for mashed potatoes for those avoiding a crazy carbohydrate crash and blood sugar spike.

I loved this! I too added too much milk. I would start out adding less than half of the milk and then add more as needed. REally fantastic though. This recipe has replaced mashed potatoes in our house!

Really great flavor...really simple recipe! My kids even went back for seconds! One tip - when you're adding salt to taste, simply stir it in. I added it to the blender and over-pureed just a bit.

excellent flavor!! I loved the garnish, my husband also said it was like baby food, but again what flavor... !!! the milk that was left over was soo good, I drank it all.

very good! I added too much milk to the blender, and it came out a bit soupy. Next time, I would leave more chunks, as my wife said it had the consistency of baby food!
