    Just made this tonight with my wifey and i must say i was very surprised!! I was expecting an "ok" dinner border line good but boy was i impressed, after everything was done and sunk my teeth into the that first bite.... amazing!!! i recommend this recipe to any food lover A+++

    When my husband says something tastes like our favorite modern Mexican restaurant made it, it has got to be wonderful! The sauce made it! I didn't use quite as much chipotle and adobe in the sauce based on my family's preference. Only regret was not finding the recipe yesterday - no tequila to do the Wabo-jita.

    This dish is perfect the way it is written. I have tweaked it a little every time I make it. Sometimes I leave out the jalapeno, change the onion to shallots, etc. I also add chicken and it makes an excellent main dish!!!! LOVE this recipe!

    I made this last night and it was PERFECT. I left out the red pepper (yuck, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. I left my quesadillas in the oven for an extra 2 minutes and the tortillas crisped up nicely. I will DEFINITELY be making this again.

    I really liked this and so did my Fiance. Our power went out while i was making it. That set us back a little bit. but it still turned out really good.

    I have made this at home many times but I just recently made a large batch for my coworkers and they went nuts about it! Everyone was asking me where I got the recipe. I love the smokey sour cream! I normally eat a little salsa with mine as well.

    This was a huge hit at dinner parties. My friends have requested it several times. Now, I do think that the sour cream is incredibly spicy (I am a bit of a wimp so I used sparingly - you could also cut down on the chipotles if you are like me BUT my friends, that can handle the heat, loved the sour cream.
