Made this to take to an office function to serve with tortilla chips. I didn't have time to roast the fruit so left the mango out. It was delicious and have had many requests for the recipe. My family also likes it...even my daughter who claims she doesn't like pineapple. This will be a recipe that will get used over and over. Can't wait to try it with grilled fish and fish tacos.

I really liked this salsa! I need to figure out my pepper roasting technique a bit, but all in all very good. I think that people looking for a good homemade salsa will like this one. Next time I might do more honey for sweetness.

I just had this at my friends house today and I had to have
the receipe. Wonderful, excellent, superior taste. You dont need
salad dressing if you serve this on top of you salad. Its so versitile that you can do almost anything you want to it. You can make a meal out of it by adding grilled chicken or fish or even just beans. I think its a wonderful dish for the summertime. I urge anyone to make this and enjoy.

I was VERY pleased with this! I added black beans for a bit of "meat", it was amazing before the beans and after i pure'd a bit of the pineapple and added a tomato it was still amazing.

Delicious. Have made this and used on papyrus and/or avocado slices with thinly sliced onions, etc.; on our curritos AND dipd/spry for chicken wings. Wonderful sauce to have on hand.

I knew my Mom liked mango salsa from the supermarket so I tried my hand at this recipe and it came out great, everyone loved it. With the extra salsa I did a Hawaiian pizza on thin crust wheat dough, WOW, it was really good. Nice work Guy, once again.

I made this salsa for our tailgate in Buffalo, NY this weekend. It was so good, I served it with Red, White and Blue chips. Everyone said it was the best friut salsa they have ever had.

I made this salsa intending to use it on fish but didn't have time to make a complete dinner. So instead I cut iceberg lettuce into quarters and topped with the salsa. Everyone loved it and wants it again.
