    Although I wouldnt really call this hummus, it's a pretty good roasted pepper dip and simple to prepare compared to some of Guys stuff. I put a little less chipoltle in and used slightly more beans, and it was sill pretty spicy. I added the tiniest bit of honey to cut back on some of the bite and it worked. I am gonna chow down on this tonite while watching the game. Thanks again Guy!

    I think this is the best hummus recipe I've ever tried!

    I didn't have fresh jalapeno so I used 2 chipoltle peppers - seeded first. (I'm such a gringa!

    Also didn't have cayenne so I used a bit of Tony Satcherie's cajun seasoning as it has cayenne in it.

    BOY! It was simply delicioso! hehe
