Very good! Did'nt think I was going to like this-never made chili with Turkey before...excellant! Very healthy also. Just enough spice-definitely a keeper!

Excellent as always, Guido!! I had some leftover turkey from Thanksgiving, as well as some frozen ground turkey, and I used them both. I also had some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce lying around the fridge, and used them instead of the jalapeños. I also added a roasted/chopped poblano pepper, and I simmered for a couple of hours. The flavor of this chili was definitely "out of bounds"!!

This is great!!! I could not get all the ingredients listed so I had tweaked it a bit and made it my own in a sense. This turned out great and was a gigantic hit on "Football Sunday" and I will continue to make this meal every time we host and have our friends over. Thanks Guy for the foundation to a masterpiece!!!

I toned it down with a couple of poblamos instead of the chillis and my wife and I absolutely loved this recipe. It is very definitely a part of our healthy eating regime from now on.

Tastes great. Very similar to the one i makke, but what i add is baja chili seasoning and it just gives it that kick.  Bajachili dot com.. Also, try adding a half an orange to the pot. Very tasty!

I just finished making this Chili and it's fantastic. I was making for a friend and now my husband doesn't want me to take it away! Because I was making it for a family with little ones I didn't use the pasilla peppers and I used only one jalepeno with the seeds and ribs removed and the heat level is perfect for little mouths. I'll definitely be making it again as Guy wrote it for the full flavor--super tasty!

I made the chili this evening and it was wonderful! I used anaheim chilis instead of pasilla peppers because I could not get pasilla peppers. I used 5 pasilla peppers and 1 red onion instead, it was good. My kids thought it was a tad too spicy, but they did eat it. I would definitly make it again.
