    I found this recipe under the featured Kids Chef Lunches and it was super spicy!! I too halved it and there's no way my kids could eat it (and they love spicy food. I added more beans, tomato sauce, and broth, to no avail. And I know I had the right measurements. I'd try it again because the base (onions, peppers, etc... were amazing. I'd just cut the spices to half that listed here.

    The ingredient list is a bit daunting but the instructions are easy to follow. I cut the recipe in half without difficulty. With all the chili in it I thought it would be too hot to eat but it was just right. This now my go to chili recipe! Thanks, Guy.
