    wrote the recipe wrong. Either that, or they scaled it down. On the show, he used 2/3 of a BOTTLE of wine, not 3/4 of a cup.

    This was the best Guy Fieri episode I'd ever seen. I didn't care for his food before.

    This recipe was wonderful and quite easy to make. The next time I make it, which will be soon, I will add a jalepeno pepper or two so that the hot balances the sweet. This is for sure a keeper!

    I had to "improvise" on several ingredients and this dish still came out tasting absolutley wonderful!

    This recipe fits in nicely with a southwestern theme here in New Mexico. Wonderful color, nice kick of flavors, eye catching dish.
