BEST EVER CHICKEN PARMESAN!! THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW DELICIOUS THIS RECIPE IS! MY HUSBAND ASKS FOR IT EVERY WEEK AND BEGS TO HAVE IT TWICE A WEEK. I USE THIN SLICED CHICKEN BREAST TO SAVE TIME ON POUNDING OUT THE CHICKEN AND I USE HUNTS DICED CAN TOMATOES INSTEAD OF PEELING, ETC. ANYONE WANT TO COME TO A DINNER PARTY, BECAUSE I HAVE THE BEST WITH THIS RECIPE!! YOU CANNOT BEAT IT!!!!!

I've cooked this for my girlfriend, who loves chicken parmesan and is very picky about it, many times and she loves it. Very easy and delicious.

The chicken was DELICIOUS!!! I made a few adjustments. I used 1/3 cup salt & sugar, but it was still just a little bit too salty for me, but not inedible. I used a can of spaghetti sauce that I had on hand and also used only the Panko as it is what I had at the moment. Panko gave a tasty crunch that survived the "fry"! Did not have parsley so I left it out. Next time, I will use a tad bit more spice in the bread crumb mixture and just a little less salt in the brine, but otherwise, this chicken was PHENOMENAL!!

This chicken was amazing. The panko gave it SUCH a good crunch. I think soaking it in the brine beforehand also really helped with the flavor. My fiance couldn't stop raving about it! I cannot tell a lie, I used sauce from a jar so I can't comment on the sauce recipe but the chicken was incredible. I would imagine it would be very kid-friendly. A great weekday meal!

I saw this on TV the other day and I just had to try it, it looked so delicious. I will say i'm giving this dish 4 stars strictly because the chicken was just that good! I didn't have panko bread crumbs so I used regular bread crumbs and crushed up corn flakes to give it a crunch. I also fried them on the stove just until the breading was slightly browned then baked them in the oven for about 20 mins. It made them far less greasy. Now to the bad part....the sauce. It took so long to cook and it wasn't good at all, I ended up having to throw it out and use sauce out of a can because I didn't have time to make new sauce. That being said, if you have another sauce recipe you like I recommend making that instead of this sauce recipe, it was just awful! The chicken was so good I was still tempted to give this recipe 5 stars, deff don't pass that part of this recipe by!!

Guy, thank you AGAIN for another AMAZING dish. We followed the recipe to a T and it was "da bomb!" We have small children in our house and everyone loved it. Perfection on a plate. And it has saved us money by not going out to our favorite Italian resturant. A great way to get the kids in the kitchen for a bonafide family favorite. Make the tonight, it will NOT DISAPPOINT. THANKS GUY!

We've been hooked on this since we first saw it on TV... it's the only way to fry up chicken! The salt/sugar brine is key - even if you cut down on some of the salt - do not skip this step! We've made this for family and friends, and it always gets rave reviews! Perfectly delicious every time, thanks Guy!
