This was awesome and not hard to make. This was the first time I ever made a brine, and it honestly enhanced everything. The only thing is that these were huge portions but made great left overs.

I watched Guy and Hunter prepare this dish last week and thought it looked good and easy too make and that even if it didnt taste good I would not be out anything other than time and a couple of chicken breast.
Well it was easy to make and it tasted great, the chicken was moist and tender and delicious and didn't take much time to prepare and now we have a new family meal at our house. Thanks Guy and you also Hunter.

Don't try to rush through this recipe, it takes time. Be sure to do the brine step, even for 15 min. it makes the chicken perfectly tender and juicy. Note there's salt in every step; brine, breading, sauce, pasta cooking water, cheese... adjust to your liking, was to much for our family but that's personal preference. Follow the recipe techniques as explained for restaurant quality Parmigiana at home. This is THE winner, winner chicken dinner!

I have made Chicken Parmesan my way many times and gotten great reviews. This blows mine out of the water. I think it is because of the brine. It makes a huge difference. Keep up the good work and get Hunter on the show more often. He's a cool kid.

You have got to be kidding! You are rating a recipe without even trying it, and giving it an average rating because of Hunter's table manners. That's just silly.....get a life!
I have made this recipe twice, just as listed and it's delicious. Everyone loved it and it's now our go to chicken parm dish. Thanks Guy. Oh, and I think Hunter is a cool kid.

My wife has always hated chicken parmigiana. It took me a few weeks to convincer her to let me make it for her. Thanks, Guy. She LOVED it and bragged about it to all of her friends. It was very easy to make, even for my first time cooking it and I can't wait to make it again.

Really good. made it just like the recipie stated and it turned out great. I mentioned it to my daughter a few minutes ago and if we weren't already having chicken enchiladas we'd be having this.
