My husband is a huge chicken parm fan and thought this was fantastic. He said it was ALMOST as good as his favorite from our local italian restaurant.
Our tomatoes aren't in season and they didn't look very good so instead of spending all that time peeling and chopping lousy tomatoes, I used whole peeled plum tomatoes from cans and drained them. I then used a potato masher to mash them up while cooking and the sauce ended up coming out great anyway.

Guy did it again. I love his recipes because they're usually pretty easy to make and have usual ingredients that are easy to find.

Another great Guy recipe.

Just started watching the show yesterday. Been watching Triple D for a few months. I made this last night with my daughter who will be 12 this month. We had a blast. It tasted great and was different. Now we plan on having Sunday nights be a "New Dish Night" from now on. Made the Crazy Oatmeal Cookies (used Chocolate Chips and as my 9 year old son said, they were the bomb!

Like the others, saw the recipe this morning; fresh mozzarella only thing I didn't have on hand. Went to the store and got some, made the dish and it was just excellent!! Easy and quick as well. Will definitely make again!

Guy, saw the show today made it for dinner for 6. Everyone loved it, even when they were full they kept eating. Easy to make Little clean up. Great Recipe.

Watched the episode this morning and went to the store and bought the ingrients after church. Made it for lunch. Rave reviews from the wife! She loved it and I did too!
