BEST POTATO SALAD EVER! Took a gamble on this recipe and made a 5# batch - wasnt sure what to expect but Everybody agreed it was the BEST POTATO SALAD EVER! A HUGE hit with our party!!!! Not a fan of capers but they really added a nice twist! Along with the lemon (fresh, not bottle really gave it a nice, fresh ending on your taste buds. Added a little Cayenne and SHAZAM! Definite keeper! Great job Guy!

Very good. Easy to make. I skipped the grill and roasted my potatoes, already tossed in the oil and spices, and cut into bite sized chunks, at 400 for 25 minutes. Perfect. I also assembled the dressing all at once in a big bowl, then added my warm potatoes to the dressing so that the flavors would be absorbed. This was a super-quick dish to put together, and the capers are The Bomb. Great twist. Will make again.

This is the best potato salad ever. Everything from the seasonings on the potatoes to the dressing works together and is absolutely delicious.

I made it for a family birthday BBQ cook out party. Everyone loved it from grandparents to kids. I'm now in charge of bringing the potato salad from now on. The capers were great in it.

Oh this is the best potato salad ever. I made this and everybody raved. The next day my husband told me he had bought me a surprise, and it was something gold. Yep more Yukon Gold potatoes.

I can sum this potato salad up in one word...wonderful! I did not have capers so I substituted dill pickle. I also did not have access to a grill so I roasted the 1" potato pieces in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. They came out wonderfully (and tasty all by themselves. The potato salad was a huge hit with my husband and two year old daughter.

My family loved this dish. I actually got in trouble for not making more for the family get-together. Eveyone loved the grilled potatoes with the smoked paprika. Definitely a keeper!

Loved grilling the potatoes. Looking forward to making it again and again. Served it to my husband who dislikes at least 4 of the ingredients, and he loved it too! Great flavor combination.

Amazing - just made it for the 4th of July and it tastes like really good traditional potato salad with a few twists/improvements. It is fresher tasting. 18 reviews saying it was the best - I began to wonder if guy's family all got on to rate it: It IS THE BEST potato salad I have ever tasted - I will never bother with a different recipe again. My other favorite of Guy's - McAllister Potatoes.
