Great potatoes! Additional serving suggestion is to make the sauce and serve over pasta. Taste the sauce by itself, it is excellent. Will be making this sauce and serving with chicken and pasta. Also added a couple dashes of Louisiana hot sauce our servings once plated. Both the pork chops and potatoes make a very impressive and colorful dish.

The family informed me that they no longer want regular mashed potatoes!

Fantastic! I ended up adding chopped cilantro to the mix instead of as a garnish and it was excellent.

Hey Guy, I am cuban and you make me proud of my roots by cooking this dish and the pork chops, now I feel like I'm force to make them again. LOL
Thank you, hopefully just one day we will eat this and many other dishes back in Havana.

Absolutely delicious potatoes. I've made this with the pork chops six or seven times and it's a hit every time. The potatoes left over get better too!

These potatoes are wonderful. Lots of flavor and easy to make. Just add butter. Thanks Guy

These get better and better as leftovers. I made pretty much as written, however, I used less cream at first, then added more as needed. I added a handful of cheddar cheese at the end. and popped them in the oven on low to keep warm until serving. I am going to make these often!!!

I wanted to make this for dinner but needed it to be a main dish rather than a side. I made it as directed, though I didn't have tomato paste and green peppers. I added a little coriander to kick up the flavor, an egg, and about 3-4 cups of flour, spooned out some of the mixture into sections in hot oil, and made it into potato pancakes. It was great! I think next time I will add green onion and the peppers. I will also batter it in panko crumbs and make some kind of sweet Asian sauce as I think that will take it to the next level.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this recipe! Easy, fun to make and very tasty!!!! I didn't use the tomato sauce, just because I didn't have any, but it was still awesome! Will definitely make this one again!

These were okay. Since we love Colcannon, I thought I would like these better, but they just didn't do it for me...sorry. Probably won't make them again.
