Wow! Great jo Guy! I love the way this turned out. My husband buys the pork shoulder and I didn't know what to do with it, but now I know. My husband and I love this recipe. I added a little mozz cheese and it was so good. As a busy parent, I made prepared the extras in a plastic to go containers for snacks during the week.

My husband accidentally picked up pork steak at the grocery store rather that a package of ribs. So I did a search for something to make out of my 5 lb. pkg. of pork steak. This recipe is excellent, we also made coleslaw to go with it. Awesome!

Ok, so I was skeptical as well, after making this (and leaving out the fennel I fell in love, and so has everyone else that has eaten them at my house since. they are delicious and i have even frozen them in the marinade and it is just as good if not better. Thanks Guy for the great recipe, and for introducing me to Chayote squash(a new favorite sauteed with onions and served as a side with this dish Guy Rocks!!!

Well I must say that I was a little skeptical about this one. I am not a fan of fennel at all and was intrigued by the spice combination. I was quite surpised at how delicious this recipe is! I followed the directions exactly-It was a huge sucess and it couldn't have been easier-took very little prep time (except for letting it marinade. It has just the right amount of heat from the black pepper. I made my own version of black beans which I served over rice with this dish.
Prepared sour creme with cilantro about an hour ahead. I could eat this dish everyday-that's how good it is-was even better the next day as leftovers.
Kudos and Thanks Guy-the flavor is incredible!!
