I made these for a super bowl party and we had to go back and make another couple of racks people liked them so much. The cherry glaze was amazing and the heat was just perfect, way to go Guy.

Ok, so I cooked these ribs for my wife and I and here it goes. My wife thought they were fantastic, I however thought they tasted baked and broiled and little flavor. I may have not gotten the cherry glaze as thick as it should be so the lack of taste may be my fault. I will try again!

I DVRed the show and made the ribs. The entire familt loved them. It had just the right amount of hotness to them. The Cherry glaze is out of this world. We couldn't get enough.

I used this recipe for the process not the ingredients as I'm a rib lover who's always looking for the indoor approach. I had the fortune of learning all about ribs from an old Kansas City pro yrs. ago as a horse groom in Calif. so I saw this & of course gave it a whirl. Great results. I make my own sauce so used a very simple dry rub using a few dry flavors of those ingredients used in the sauce. I increased the initial temp to 375 &the time to 15 mins as meat always needs a jolt when sealed as these are, my belief. I then followed the times & directions except used 275 as the temp. They are exactly what I wanted & have made them twice more with the same results.

These weren't bad, but I definitely won't do them again. I made ribs the week prior with my own sauce and mine was WAY better than this cherry sauce. It just looked way better on TV than it actually tasted, but I tend to be a bit picky and hard to please, so if you're not that way than go ahead and give them a try.

The wife and kids all assisted in the preparation of this dish. We were out of regular mustard so we used dijon instead. My 6 yr old daughter had the pleasure of rubbing the mustard and spices into the ribs. It was a joy watching her having fun with it.
We all loved the end result. It was worth the wait.

I really love Guy, but this dish was just horrible. The recipe was very appealing and it looked "OFF THE HOOK "on the TV, but just did not turn out well at all. The cherries were a very bad complement to this sad and bland dish. Don't waste your time with this one.
