This was a nice change up from the typical BBQ. The sauce was very good. However, next time I will cook the ribs with the dry rub in 2 layers of heavy duty tin foil on the grill like I normally do (20-25 min on one side, then flip over and cook again 20-25 min on the other side. Remove the tin foil, lather on sauce and grill for 10 minutes or finish in oven under broiler for 10 min on low. As for the sauce, I only put in 2 tbl. spns of hot sauce cause the dry rub had quite a bit of cayenne pepper and I was afraid it was going to be too spicy to eat. Also, at first, I didn't put the juice of the cherries in because the recipe didn't say to strain the cherries or not, but after I made the spicy cherry sauce and while waiting on the ribs to cook, I put the juice in and just kept reducing it. I also added 1/4-1/3 cup brown sugar to sweeten it up a bit more.

I Loved this recipe!! I changed the the oven heat to 275 degrees and cut some of the time, not much. I put a little less of some ingredients because of our taste buds. But I tell you they were AWESOME! My ribs have never turned out this tastey!! Thanks Guy!!! You are the MAN!!

I wanted to try this, because of Guy. I did everything according to the recipe. Ribs were not fall off the bone tender like I make. Sauce was OK, but will stick with Open Pit Brown Sugar. I am also not a fan of rubs. Didn't find a good balance between hot and sweet.

A great mix of flavors. A nice meld between the sweet cherry glaze and the strength of all the spices and peppers. The meat was a little tough, but manageable. Next time I'll smoke the meat in a smoker instead of using the oven. Even my non-spice using neighbors went for seconds. Wonderful Recipe!

This rib recipe is quite tasty and the family loves it. I have made it a few times already and it's just as great as the first time.

I made these for my boyfriend on Valentine's Day. We LOVED them! When I woke up the next day, the leftovers were gone! When I asked what happened, he said the dogs jumped up and ate them! They have NEVER done that before so I was shocked. I found out later that HE actually just ate them all and didn't want to deal with the consequences. Thanks Guy, I'm definitely making these again!

I made these for a cook out, and they were a smash hit! Everyone wanted the recipe. Did take a loooong time to cook, but completely worth it, so tender! YUM, YUM, YUM!

WOW!!My family loves these ribs. I only used 1 can of canned cherries but it was still great. They take a while to cook but they are the best. You can't go wrong with these ribs.

I absolutly love the flavor in these ribs, and its such an easy recipe! Guy's recipes have become the favorite in our house-all very original BIG flavors! The mac daddi roni pasta is a great compliment to the ribs too! So yummy!
