I didn't use the glaze, I used a store brand, the ribs were awesome, very tender and juicy and the meat fell off the bones. My wife and kids found them a little spicy, but it was right up my alley. I'm making them again tonight, although I'm making a separate rack for my wife and kids without the cayenne pepper. Thanks.

I tried the recipe only for the baking times as I'm always on a journey for ribs that fall off the bone. I followed the baking temperature and times exactly and was disspointed that I had to chew the meat off the bone. I think 225 is too low. Will try again but at about 275. Didn't use the cherry sause as my family wouldn't eat it.

I have cooked with burbon many times and have almost always enjoyed the outcome. This is the first time I have used Tequila and WOW Great Move Dude. I am not sure if this was luck or progressive thinking either way it is pure genius

Perhaps I expected too much, but I found the recipe extremely time consuming without compensating flavor.

...my mouth waters just reading the recipe. Guy really knows the food that will stick to a man's ribs. Not always the healthiest but always flavorful and different. Thanks Guy

These ribs are excellent! Follow the recipe exactly and don't leave anything out because it all blends together in the end. They are tender and moist and fall off the bone. The glaze is spicy and sweet. A definate 'make again'.
