In the words of the chef, "This is money." This is a very good and simple recipe. Guy is one of my favorite food network chefs, and I just love his personality. I was even more tempted to make this after seeing the rave reviews that gave it no less than 4 stars. I was not disappointed, and will defiantely make again.

This is a chinese-food lover's dream. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the sauce was out of this world. Had to use oranges, as no tangerines were to be found at the market, but it was great! Can't wait to try it with tangerines, though. Served with jasmine rice. I love Guy's recipes!!!

Absolutely a keeper. I added asparagus tips, water chestnuts, and a variety of chinese mushrooms because my family likes it that way but even without the additions it would be awesome. Could not find fresh tangerines so used freshly squeezed tangerine juice in the carton. We like spicey so I did add freshly ground szechuan pepper for more heat. Served with jasmine rice. Family loved it so much had to make it twice in one week!

This is a keeper! I used organges instead of tangerines and a sweet chili instead of the hot and it turned out great - really easy - can't wait for leftovers tomorrow night.

I made this for lunch today, and my fiancee and I loved it. It could have been a little spicier, so next time I might add some cayenne and red pepper flakes, but the flavor was delicious overall, especially after topping the beef with the toasted sesame seeds, scallions, and zest. I juiced an orange since my grocery store did not have tangerines in stock. What a difference the fresh orange juice makes! I may have to start juicing my own oranges instead of buying orange juice, too! This dish was so easy, and so yummy. It's definitely a keeper.

I made this for my family and they loved it! Extremely easy to make. Looks like it could be served at a fancy restaurant. Tastes amazing, I used top sirloin and cut thicker strips and cooked it longer. The sauce that goes with this is amazing! I highly recommend making this!

I really enjoyed the flavor of the sauce, but felt the dish was a bit too salty when all was said and done. I would definitely make this again, mostly because it was SOOO simple, and I always have the ingredients on hand. Next time I will probably cut back on the amount of soy sauce.

My boyfriend and I totally enjoyed this meal, although it was a little spicy for my taste buds! We both thought that the tangerine and ginger really meshed. The only complaint was that darn bed of rice; it would have been nice to eat something so tasty on a bed of something a little more exciting.
