So easy and soooo flavorful. I am definitely making this again and again. My produce section didn't have tangerines today so I used oranges, and it was amazing. Wow wow wow. So good. I think it's definitely key to slice the beef very thin. And everything else is amazing.
And for anyone worried about the spiciness, I am not a huge spice fan and I thought the spiciness was just perfect!
Overall amazing. Guy continues to amaze me. I made the fried rice with this too, and honestly, I think this could be served with white rice because it is so flavorful. But I can't stop saying WOW!!!! Thanks Guy!!!

I loved this recipe! I served mine as lettuce wraps with jasmine rice, julienned carrots, chopped onions and cilantro. Placing the meat on top of the rice with a little bit of the sauce alleviates the need for a dipping sauce! It turned out great!!

This recipe was both simple and full flavored. I loved how the flavors blend but you can still taste a hint of the tangerine, ginger, and chili sauce. I really liked that the tangerine was present but not overpowering, Sometimes these dishes are just all fruit and nothing else. I am a bit of a spice fanatic, so I added extra chili sauce to spice it up a bit more. You can really add more and still get a great flavor for you spice lovers. I've also done this recipe with chicken, and it was also fantastic.

I added a few veggies to it and it was great. I did have to add a little extra cornstarch to it to thicken it up.

The first time I made it the added peels over-powered the rest of the flavors. Using just the juice from the tangerines (or oranges was enough for us. Otherwise, its a great recipe because it is easy yet delicious. I love cooking but acknowledge I'm not great at it, this is one of those dishes that make people think I can cook ; Love it

Hi Guy,
My Husband and I just love your show and your energy.
This was a Excellent recipe. I will make it again.
I didnt have Hosin sauce so I used oster sauce and added water chestnuts for a crunch because it did'nt have sesame seeds i used sesame oil to cook the beef.
Next time i will make it with sesame seeds and water cestnuts.
Keep them coming..

I made this meal for my family, it was quick, simple and tasty!
This is also a good "base recipe", you could throw in steamed vegetable at the end to make more filling for the family. I used white wine instead of Sherry and it worked out well. Served over white rice and it was a hit. Will make again!

This seems to be a very adaptable recipe, and I think it's a gem. After reading the comments, I decided to prepare it with things I had on hand (it's snowy and messy outside. I used sirloin I had in the freezer, and grapefruit. Like others, I also served over basmati rice, with stir-fried asparagus and carrots. It was so good, and the flavors seemed to meld as we ate. Will definitely make this again.
