I saw this today and I can't wait to try it for dinner tonight, what a fun idea! To angelinamarie you could try using a dry packet of hidden valley ranch in place of the blue cheese. *Update* The chicken is very good but I didn't have cayenne pepper. I served the wing sauce on the side so everyone could add it to taste, it wasn't too hot for any of the kids (but the cayenne pepper might have made a difference. The pasta sauce is very mild, I will up the amount of blue cheese next time. All in all quite good.

I'm cooking for my in laws this year and they LOVE wings!!!! so i thought this would be great.. but they only eat ranch dressing with it.. they hate blue cheese.. does anyone know how i can substitute the blue cheese with something that would still taste good?

We reallyliked this recipe, I was afraid the hot sauce would make it too spicy. I substituted extrra milk for the hot sauce and sauted 3 cloves of garlic in the butter. DELICIOUS1

Don't get me wrong, the chicken was awesome. I wholeheartedly agree with those who said just the rub was amazing....because it was. My only beef with this was the bechamel...I thought it was rather bland. This may be my fault for not using stinky enough cheese but next time I make this I'm loading up on blue cheese and cutting back on the milk. Nevertheless, this was easy, quick, and something I will definitely make again.

I used chicken and it was really good with just the rub. I love spicy food and I love hot wings but I will only use the recipe for the rub. The entire dish was just a little strange. I married an Italian so any pasta off the beaten path is typically frowned upon.

I personally thought it was wonderful ... but I love things the spicier the better. My fiance and children on the other hand couldn't eat more than a bite. My kids like spicy but this was too spicy for them. I had to cook a second dinner last night. So unless everyone at the table LOVES it kickin' I would maybe forego the Frank's and just rely on the dry rub marinade to provide the kick.

Sooooo good! I cheated and used a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, then tossed it with our favorite BBQ sauce so it made it quick and ridiculously easy, but still a nice presentation. The flavors worked beautifully together--creamy, sweet, spicy, and just the right amount of salty. The blue cheese wasn't overpowering so even my 5 year-old ate it. Will definitely be adding this one to our regular rotation. Thanks for another great recipe, Guy!

This recipe is simple, but a great twist on buffalo wings. I would highly recommend this recipe.
