You can't really screw up puff pastry but the filling was a little hard to get into the turn over. It was disappointing.

These are amzaing. Light and fluffy with an amazing fruit filling. Perfect with a cup of coffee in the morning.

These were pretty good. I agree the lemon and cream flavor over power the fruit filling. What I did was save the liquid from the fruit mixture, I sweetened it up a bit & drizzled it over the turnovers while they were being served! Much better!

The flavor of the filling is pretty good but definitely not the best turnover I have ever had. The filling looks kind of weird after it is in the oven. That being said, my family liked the turnovers alot.

I'm sorry, but I can't find any other way to ask for a recipe other than asking on this site.
I see no place to email questions.

I would like to have the Calzone recipe that Guy made when him and Ann Berrell were on together.

Pizza dough flies as Guy makes Prosciutto and Eggplant calzones.

Can some one help me out??
    Thank you Bev Stull

This recipe was delightful! We've made it twice in 2 weeks we can't get enough of this sweet creamy dessert. I changed up the recipe a little like I always do. I omitted the lemon zest and the nuts, I didn't have them on hand. This is now in my favorite category in my recipe box.
    Thank you

We made this recipe for a family reunion. The kids helped to make it and everyone keeps asking when we'll have it again. We were liberal with the fruit as we had more than the recipe called for, but it turned out terrific!

This recipe calls for too much lemon zest and the whipped cream cheese and sour cream mixture totally overpowered the delicate flavor of the strawberry rhubarb compote.
When you bite into this, all you taste is lemon and cream.

If you are looking for a tasty strawberry-rhubarb reciepe, look for one that uses less cream, and more fruit!
