I just finished making this recipe. My husband and I both agree that it had to many different flavors combined. I think that if it idid not have the oregano than it would taste much better. It was not bad...just ok.

Hey Guy, I haven't tried the recipe yet but I do pre cooked wings on the grill while tailgating at Miller Park in Milwaukee. I use direct heat but I put the wings in a grilling basket like this:

    for
    easier flipping.
    Rock on!

Thanks Guy. This receipe has the tailgater in mind! The bulk of the work is done at home, so cooking at the tailgate is a snap. After the first time, I added a couple of Thai chilies to the sauce to give the boys the heat they like, and they loved it. Received many compliments because it was different from the tyical wing that appeared on the grill.

    Guy,
I really enjoy your show and your expert advice. The wings were absolutely excellent. My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings-and we will never go back. Your recipe was great. Why the restaurant chain is so popular is beyond me. You can do so much better at home using your recipe. I used what they call drumettes-the meatiest section of the wing. Easy and the sauce is delicious.
    Sincerely, S. Seldon
