The ribs were great, the only difference was that we used our favorite BBQ sauce. The ribs were extremely tender and pulled right off the bone. The only thing we would chance would be the not to use the cumin, because we really aren't fans of cumin.

This is for the technique and not the sauce. I just used bottled BBQ sauce to baste the ribs on the grill at the end of the cooking time rather than use it as a dipping sauce. I wanted to use it up rather than add to the stockpike in the fridge. The technique is spot on for getting very tender ribs. The rub was okay. I would probably substitute a different rub next time. But I will definitely be using Guy's technique again in the future.
