Great recipe! I BBQ'd the Tequila Lime wings last weekend and they turned out Terrific!! Some of the people say they can't find the ingredients... Weird, I found them at my local grocer and I live in a small town! The agave nectar is super good - it's like honey but has a different kick to it. Tonight I'm going to do the tequila lime recipe again but FRY them this time ... Hope it turns out great! THX FoodNetwork!

Love the Marinade and baste..The oven cooking didn't really work well for me. I'll be preparing the wings again during our football get togethers but will do the precooking on the BBQ and go from there.

I went for the different flavors of wings this afternoon and used Guy's Tequila recipe. The Tequila Lime sauce is outstanding!!! I had a bottle of Iron Chef Hoisin Sauce (which is a staple in my home and I used it as my Asian..yummo : !! For the third flavor, I used my ole standby (Otts Hot Wing Sauce and the Party Is On!!!! Thanks Guy!!

very flavorful & tasty. If you can't find Agave, sub Honey. I let them sit in sauce for 30 Mins and put back on very hot grill for a few moments to reheat & sear. really good.

We tried these and thought the flavor was a nice change of pace from the typical buffalo style wing. The lime zest & juice was very refreshing, but not overpowering. Found the Agave syrup in the baking aisle near the molasses and used the sauce from chipotle's in Adobo sauce. Next time, would probably add a bit more of the Adobo to increase the heat a bit. We all thought they were very good and would make them again.

these came out great, and was gone in seconds! i made adjustments using 5lbs of wings, less salt, and no spiciness.

    wings:
    3tbsp salt
    3tbsp cracked pepper

    sauce:
    1cup lime juice
    1/2cup tequila
    2tbsp agave nectar
    2tsp lime zest
    1/2tsp ground cumin
    1/2tsp cracked pepper
    1/2tsp salt

i also heated the sauce first to get rid of alcohol.

I printed out 3 of Guy Fieri's wings recipes from his tailgate show. I went shopping at the biggest grocery store in my town and could not find agave syrup or nectar. Also this recipe calls for adobo sauce, I found a paste that gives direction for adding water so I believe that might be what is then a sauce. Maybe I am the first to review this because others could not find the ingredients at there local grocery stores as well. Guy I love your shows, but you have to use ingredients we can find or maybe provide substitutes. I also could not find a chili garlic paste for the asian wings recipe.
