This was by far one of the most delicious recipes I have ever eaten! It is fairly time-consuming to batter and bread the fish but oh my gosh is it worth it. The fish was soooo crispy and the aoili is to die for. If you want a out-of-this-world fish taco recipe this is the one for you. UNBELIEVABLE!

I have eaten these tacos 3 times now & made them 2x 7 my sister in law made them once. They are fantastic! A little labor intensive, but well worth the effort. Great flavor & depending on the tequila that you use, the flavors change. My sister in law used plain ole Jose Quervo, which had a great flavor, but I used Aguavero, which has a vanilla hint to it, that totally changed the flavor of the marinade & creme sauce from the one my sister in law made, but in a very good way! Since my husband is a fisherman, we always have bass around so this recipe is a keeper!

Really wonderful fish. Short on time so served with plain sour cream, fresh store-bought salsa, and homemade guacamole. So good even the "I don't do fish" kids loved it!

As a Hispanic who grew up eating fish tacos, these were a refreshing twist on what I am used to. Loved the crunch..followed everything to the letter except the use of red onion, just cant get used to red onion on my "pico de gallo" have to use white. Thank you Guy love your shows and your recipes.

i found this recipe by searching, "tequila fish," as this is were the two things i wanted to use up tonight. this was really easy to make and i am a novice when it comes to fish. these are the substitutions because i didn't have all the recommended ingredients: all purpose flour instead of tempura flour, flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas, tilapia instead of cod. this was a wonderful, crunchy, and flavorful fish taco recipe!

This fish was fantastic!!! This was the first time we had ever had fish tacos and I will make again and again. The panko really makes the fish crispy and light and the pico and sauce were the perfect compliment. I had made black bean and roasted corn salad the night before and had leftovers and served that along with the tacos. Thank you Guy, this was MONEY!!

We just saw the episode this morning and made the tacos for dinner.....so delicious, and all we needed from the grocery store was the fish and breading. I am really not a fish person, but my husband is.....but I would definitely make this again and again and again and again.

I really liked the Aioli sauce - I ended up adding a teaspoon of hot sauce to it though. Great easy Cinco de Mayo recipe!

Amazing!! And I don't even like fish tacos! They are usually too "fishy" but these were amazing.

But, it does make a lot so you might want to cut it in half.
