    This was delicious, HOWEVER, watch the video. He uses almost 1/2 a stick of butter AND chicken stock as well - the recipe says 1 tbsp of butter and doesn't mention the stock. I made it the way he did on the video (cut down on the shallots as well and it was delicious. Used pre-make butternut squash ravioli.

    Best Ravioli Recipe I ever tasted. I used my own sauce but the dough and cheese was fatastic. Thanks Guy!

    The Chardonnay Cream Sauce was way too strong of a flavor for the ravioli. It would have been great for mussels, though. Reducing the amount of shallots may help. The ravioli tasted great.

    On the show, he used a half stick of butter for the Chardonnay Sauce, not 1 T.!
