O.M.G.! Words cannot even begin to describe how good this was. My family simply shook their heads after the first bite. It was that good. I made the beef for them and since i am a pescatarian I modified mine using halibut instead. Both Excellent. Life is good!

These were so tasty! I only made a couple of minor changes. I made homemade refried pinto beans and used that instead of the pinto and black bean mixture. Also, instead of standing around frying them I rolled the chimichangas and layed them on a baking sheet. I sprayed the tops and bottoms with a cooking spray and baked in the oven at 350 for about fifteen or twenty minutes. I then took them out and rubbed the tops with a little bit of butter and put them under the broiler to get them extra crispy. They were perfect. Thanks Guy!

These took a long time to make.. However, they were amazing!!!! It was worth it. I did not put beans in ours because at my local Mexican rest. they don't use beans and I wanted something similar. OUTSTANDING!

I almost always order chimichangas out at Mexican restaurants and have been wanting to make chimi's myself for years. I am so glad I choose this recipe! I saw Guy make these on his show and I knew I had to try them out. Takes awile to make, but soooo worth it!! My husband loved them too and told me to add this recipe to his "favorite meals" list, which is BIG because currently there are only 4 dishes on that list. Its very prestigious! LOL! Thank you Guy Fieri!!

These were soooo good. This was my first Food Network recipe attempt and it was fantastic. Most chimichanga recipes I have tried taste too much like tacos. This was exactly the taste I was looking for. I don't think I will put the beans in next time; I didn't care for them. But everything else was awesome and I will be adding this recipe to the collection.

This is the first recipe I have tried from Guy, and I am so glad I did! YUM! This is fantastic! And I've never made chimichangas before! It's so good that after I had one yesterday for lunch, I ended up eating them again with the kids at 4:00. I want another one now! Do not hesitate to make this - its soo good. Next time I'm adding more Jalepeno though - I like it spicy :

Made these last night as a thank you to my family for a great Mother's Day weekend. They woke up this morning still talking about them. Very easy recipe to follow. I did add the cumin and it just gave it that mexican flavor. This is for sure a keeper. Bless you, Guy Fieri!!

I made this for Cinco de Mayo. It was very time consuming, but well worth it. I browned the meat and vegies on the stove, then put them in the crock pot for 6 hours on low. The meat just fell apart. The entire family loved it. I will definately make it again. Thanks Guy.
