    I made these after seeing the episode on t.v. I love Mexican food and have eaten chimichangas all over the U.S. at the best Mexican restaurants but they all paled in comparison. Guy you rock!!

    This is an icredible and easy recipe my guys went crazy for it!! As soon as i seen what he was making I knew they would love it and with them watching guy too all they had to say was WHEN ARE YOU MAKING THAT ONE!!!!!!!!!

    I am making them for hubby's Christmas lunch at work thank you Guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    My family absolutely loved this meal. Perfectly seasoned, I wouldn't change a thing. Also, it says it's difficult, but it's totally do-able for the average cook. Enjoy.
