Good meal. We got 2 dinners out of it. I have suggestions. First, change the proportion of pasta to meat. Either add more turkey, or reduce pasta to 8 oz for more balanced ingredients. Second, I added a layer of crumbled bacon on top of the pasta. I used only 1/2 cup of panko and 1/2 cup parmesan, and I mixed the panko into some of the rendered bacon fat for extra flavor. These little twists made a great dish even better. Plus, this meal could easily be made with ground beef or chicken, so this one definitely is a keeper.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! My two girls loved it! I am going to put a twist in it the next few days so I can compare. I personally prefer mozarella so my idea is to take out the parmesan, add the mozarella on top of turkey and pasta mix, then only 1/2 of the panko crumbs. I do use a lot of ground turkey but thought this recipe would be extra delish with either roasted turkey or chicken. Also since I like polanos, I will add another one. This is what a great recipe does--inspires. Will let you all know! Thanks, Guy!

Great, easy recipe. Only two pots and then the baking dish. Didn't have the chilis so I tossed in red pepper flakes and they worked well. I agree, more turkey is a good idea. I made my own bread crumbs and it gives a great crunch. My family, who say "But turkey is only for Thanksgiving" absolutely loved it.

I made this receipe exactly as prescripted. It is very good but missing a little kick. I would recommend 1 or 2 more additional Pablano chilies. My wife who does not like much spice felt it was a little bland but good. You can get away with 1/2 lb. more gound turkey.

Super delicious! I used an entire package of ground turkey 1.25 lbs and a full 1 lb box of pasta. I used 1 can of evaporated milk instead of cream which nicely measures to 1.5 cups. This alone is really good but then I tossed in container of Philadelphia Italian blend cooking cream. This is a keeper.

REALLY GOOD, GUY. PUH LEESE ROAST YOUR POBLANOS, IT MAKES SUCH A DIFFERENCE (ALTHOUGH NICKI FROM READING'S SUGGESTION IS GOOD IN A PINCH THE TASTE IS SUBTLE AND SATISFYING AND I IMAGINE KIDS WOULD LOVE IT (NOT TO MENTION THE SUPER CRUNCHY TOPPING!!. ONLY CHANGE I WILL MAKE NEXT TIME IS DOUBLE THE TURKEY OR CUT THE PASTA IN HALF. ALSO, I CUT THE PANKO TOPPING IN HALF AND FOUND IT TO BE ENOUGH. THE EXTRA TOPPINGS ADDED ANOTHER TASTY DIMENSION AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE CREME FRAICHE, SOUR CREAM WILL BE A GOOD SUBSTITUTE. THANKS, GUY

My family really liked this casserole (sorry, Guy, I know you hate that word. I didn't have pablano chiles so I used canned green chiles. I left out the onion powder because I didn't have any but the flavor was still there. I will definitely make it again.
