    Happy Cinco de Mayo! This review is for the Enchiladas, I haven't made the Fire-Roasted Tomatillos yet. I have made this recipe several times, and it is just outstanding. I have followed the recipe to a tee! But today I decided to add a finely chopped jalapeno, and it really add some kick. It's a great recipe, healthy and very easy to make. As Guy says "It's the BOMB!"

    Excellent recipe. It is now in my regular dinner rotation and everyone I make it for loves it! I follow the recipe exactly. It is so filling, I usually only have room for 1 enchilada, but leftovers heat up great. Yum yum.

    This was delicious. My son, who is a fan of salsa verde, claimed this was better than the local mexican restaurants' enchiladas verdes. Everyone who ate this devoured it and went back for seconds, so it is not just my taste buds hollering for more! I would highly recommend this recipe with the commonly suggested revision of using only one lime instead of two. I used chopped up leftover turkey instead of ground and had plenty of extra pepper jack and queso cheese.

    Made this with diced leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. Good flavor but a little dry, had to add approx 1/2 cup of store bought salsa verde. Added some pepper jack on top prior to baking. Oh, 15-17 does not cut it. Plan on 30-40 mins
    Would make again

    I really liked this. My counter top looked like something exploded... but it was worth it.

    I added a little more cheese that the recipe called for and as the others mentioned (which I didn't see until now 2 limes was too many. It was very limey indeed. My veggies didn't brown as much as I expected, and I also was afraid of incinerating them. But they came out just fine. Ill be using that trick to make salsa in the future ;

    I will make this again :

    My entire family loved it, even my husband who doesn't normally like ground turkey. The recipe was easy to follow, and we have used the ground turkey recipe for taco salads. My husband has even requested this again! He really like the tomatillo sauce, but I did only use 1 lime as another recipe indicated 2 limes was too much. Thanks Guy

    A wonderful light lime chili flavor. Loved it and so did my guests. My broiler did not roast as dark as the video, but it still came out great! A keeper recipe!

    I love this recipe, it's easy and I don't change it except I add roasted pepper to the sauce. I also like the texture of corn tortillas better. I never have left overs with this! It's sooooo good! Thanks Guy
