this was a great starting place for a recipe, and with a little tweaking could be excellent. the sauce needs a little more sweet and spicy to balance the sour of the tomatillos. enchiladas SHOULD have corn tortillas instead of flour; i used both to taste test and the corn were the winners by far. also, for my veg family, we replaced the ground turkey with chopped mushroom and zucchini and the chicken stock with veg stock. we also threw over cheese and sour cream for fresh avocado. will definitely be making this again - it was tasty!!

We really liked this! Definitely a keeper! We would also cut back on the lime a bit, and will increase the tomatillos. We made this with life balance whole wheat tortillas, so the dish ended up being very healthy.

Rock star tomatillo sauce. so easy to make. really can't mess it up. I made my enchiladas with roasted chicken, that was seasoned with the same ingredients as recommended for the ground turkey. I did add a tiny bit of chipotle powder too. really really good. guest worthy.

The next time I make this, I will definately cut back on the lime. I added some anaheim green chilis which made it tastier.

fantastic and easy to make. I made the tomatillos sauce the day before and then cooked the turkey and just reheat the sauce. made it so easy to make on a work night. great flavor combo. Thanks Guy, Keep them coming. :

I also made this the day I saw this episode. I was really concerned it would be way too hot for me, but I seeded the jalapenos and I actually couldn't pick up much heat at all. In the future, I might try adding three seeded jalapenos and see if that brings it up to a little kick, but not too hot. I also felt like the juice of two limes was a little too much, so I might try one and a half. I didn't have ground turkey, so I tried ground beef, and it turned out fine. I might try it again with shredded chicken breast instead. The sauce was awesome... I'm craving it again!

Fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. A healthier, lighter take on enchiladas that leaves you feeling full and happy, but refreshed, not weighted down. Lots of steps, but easy and a lot of fun to prepare, and delicious! Will definitely make this again, and probably add a little more heat. We were cautious and only used one serano chile in the salsa, but will definitely use two next time, maybe more heat as well. The salsa was the highlight, and is great all on its own.

I watched this on the show today and decided it would be Sunday dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the Tomatillo sauce. It was a little too tangy, but I used a little sugar and it was perfect. I was concerned my younger children wouldn't eat , but they both enjoyed it. I made with Mexican rice and corn. This will definitely become part of my recipe box. Thanks Guy, you did a great job.

I used boneless skinless chicken breasts instead. As they cooked I chopped them with my Pampered Chef Mix and Chop utensil. For doing this the first time, it was a little time consuming, but I think I can breeze through it next time. It was full of flavor and the smokiness of the roasted tomatillos was unbelievable. I know anytime Guy makes it, it has to be good. I will definitely make this again and again.
