the sweet potatoes guy used are just a different variety. I think you are used to seeing the ruby variety. Still yummy. enjoy all food!

I think it's a great recipe and I'm sure they taste great - but on the show they didn't look like a sweet potato - they weren't orange enough. Were they red potatoes? Just curious. Thanks.
