Delicious slaw recipe - the whole family loved it. They asked me to make it again within the same week! I used pre-made wonton strips and made it into a salad. I added extra cilantro and didn't need all the dressing. I actually felt there was too much oil. I will cut back the amount next time. I tossed it about 1 hr before serving and the ramen noddles were softened.

Even though I cut back on the vinegar, it was still too strong. Had to add some honey to mellow out the tart vinegar. Ramen noodles didn't soften as much as I expected.

Easy and delicious. I think next time I will add less vinegar, it was a just a little too much for me. But very good and fun twist with the ramen noodles.

Very good!! Made a Caribbean dinner and tried this for my salad. Made it along Bob Marley's Jerk Chicken and the Neeleys pineapple fried rice-everything went great together!! Very tasty!!

I will make this for our upcoming office potluck. I know it will be delicious! FYI - 1/4 ounce equals 1 1/2 teaspoons.

Having this as we speak for Super Bowl, it is the bomb! It's a deconstructed egg roll! Rock on Guy!

Hey Guy I LOVE this recipe and most everything you come up with. BUT - Most people do not have food scales - how much is 1/4 ounce of ginger and garlic? A teaspoon? 2 tablespoons? I just eyeballed it, but for a new cook who might want to try this, the correct measurements in volume rather than weight would be appreciated.
Also I cut the oil, vinegar, and onions in half and it was still excellent. YUM!

Guy's recipes never cease to amaze me! My husband made this as a part of our Christmas dinner because we wanted to do something other than the traditional Christmas dinner. It was excellent & very easy to make. Needless to say, we will be having it again soon. Even our nine-year-old asked for more! Now all Guy needs to do is post that "The Bomb Calamari" recipe!
