    I made this exactly like the recipe said. I just substituted Romaine Hearts instead of Bok Choy and I marinated the tenderloin overnight. It was so good, the marinade was awesome and the pork was melt in your mouth.

    My 11 year old grandaugher saw this on your show and wanted it for dinner. We went and got all the items and she did most of the prepping only we used pork tenderlion and the family loved it. Now they want Wicked Chicken and Wicked Beef. We love your show and having your son on is making her see other childern are interested in cooking besides her. Thanks JH Sanders
