My husband became familiar with cachaca while in Brazil on business and we love it! We've been using it for capahrinas but now have a new favorite recipe--Guy's Brazilian Martini! My husband even likes it and he usually doesn't like fruit juice drinks!

I made this on Valentine's day for my fiancee and me, and it was great. I found Cachaca by the rum in the liquor store, but I honestly couldn't tell the difference between it and non-Brazilian rum. The drink is sweet and very strong and everything a martini should be. I will be making this again.

This drink is outrageous! A very nice thirst quenching summer treat. We made ours with rum instead of the Cachaca and it was great. Thanks again Guy!!! You are a mixologist extrodinaire!!!
