This is the best meatloaf i have ever made. I do cut down on the olive oil, i use 3 instead of 6 tablespoons. I think that was a mistake printed in the recipe. My friends all just love it. Just made it today, can hardly wait for it to get done . yummo !!!

I finally read the reviews on this recipe and can't believe all the naysayers. I have made this four times now and am making it again today. This is without a doubt one of the worlds best meatloafs, juicy, super tasty and even looks incredible when sliced. I take all day to make it, starting with cornbread in the morning and on from there. A real joy to prepare this meal. Honestly, if you don't like it, there is definitely something wrong with you... Or maybe you just shouldn't be cooking...

I threw all this together easily. 'Intermediate'? How did they come to that classification? EASY. I had a job interview and its gotta cook for an hour and a half, so I figured I would assemble, squish, form, and pop in the oven before I go. Well, the interview went very well and I was gone for a minute more than the cook time, so I overcooked it. Still, my picky eater said 'its good anyway!' He was so right. Delicious! The best ever! Cant wait to do it again without the overcooking.

This was awesome! Best meatloaf ever! Would highly recommend. Followed recipe to the tee and it was perfect. It looks like a lot of work but it's the prep that takes most of the time. I did the prep the night before and took me about 20 minutes to assemble. Worth every minute!

I saw Guy make this on one of his shows, and I knew I had to try it! I thought I made a great meatloaf, but THIS one is delicious! As my dinner companion said several times over, "This is definitely a keeper recipe"! I know I'll be making it again and again. Thanks Guy!

Be prepared to overeat. I didn't have ground pork so I used Italian sausage and it still turned out great.

I have made this three times now and it is very good, the stuffing is delicious in fact, but this takes alot of time to prepare, and has many different ingredients that are necessary. Compared to my regular meatloaf which is awesome and takes 1/2 the effort of this one, my family agrees that this is just nothing spectacular and definitely not worth all the extra time it takes to prepare. Sorry Guy :( LOVE YOU and your shows!!
