I threw all this together easily. 'Intermediate'? How did they come to that classification? EASY. I had a job interview and its gotta cook for an hour and a half, so I figured I would assemble, squish, form, and pop in the oven before I go. Well, the interview went very well and I was gone for a minute more than the cook time, so I overcooked it. Still, my picky eater said 'its good anyway!' He was so right. Delicious! The best ever! Cant wait to do it again without the overcooking.

This was awesome! Best meatloaf ever! Would highly recommend. Followed recipe to the tee and it was perfect. It looks like a lot of work but it's the prep that takes most of the time. I did the prep the night before and took me about 20 minutes to assemble. Worth every minute!

I saw Guy make this on one of his shows, and I knew I had to try it! I thought I made a great meatloaf, but THIS one is delicious! As my dinner companion said several times over, "This is definitely a keeper recipe"! I know I'll be making it again and again. Thanks Guy!

Be prepared to overeat. I didn't have ground pork so I used Italian sausage and it still turned out great.

I have made this three times now and it is very good, the stuffing is delicious in fact, but this takes alot of time to prepare, and has many different ingredients that are necessary. Compared to my regular meatloaf which is awesome and takes 1/2 the effort of this one, my family agrees that this is just nothing spectacular and definitely not worth all the extra time it takes to prepare. Sorry Guy :( LOVE YOU and your shows!!

This is a fabalous dish! The cornbread stuffing really compliments the dish until no end. It mellows the stronger flavors and adds great texture. I also balances the moisture of the meatloaf. If you have had a greasy soggy meatloaf you will know exactly what I am talking about. Dont be affraid of the spice in the dish as it is very mellow when served and adds so much flavor in comparison to the traditional meatloaf. If you like spicer food substitute pepper jack cheese slices to the top. Thanks again to Guy and his crew, you have made cooking a very fun and interesting experience for me again!!

This recipe was the BOMB, . My husband even enjoyed this meal. And my husband is a very picky eater. The meatloaf had excellent flavor, texture, and color. Very easy to make. A great comfort food. Thanks Guy!!!!
