    We were not incredibly impressed by the flavor of the meat itself, but the stuffing paired together with the meatloaf was very flavorful. A bit more work than the average meal, but on special occasions it is worth it.

    Super-easy, extrmemly good. This is a recipe I will use over and over, and one that I will share (eventually!.

    I served this on a Sunday to my family plus 2 siblings and their families and it was a huge success. I had to triple the recipe and it was still a fairly easy dish to make for our last family dinner. They are all begging for the recipe and I think I'll keep to myself just a little longer!

    Thanks to Guy for this wonderful recipe. I will be checking out his show and this site for more like this one.

    i have made this recipe 3 times now and it has become one of my favorites, it is easy to make and the results are delicious

    This is the best meatloaf I have had! It does require a lot of prep time, but it was all worth it in the end. The cornbread stuffing is really good. I also love the melted cheese on top!
