Great! I served the chicken over a bed of the couscous instead of stuffing it. And, sauteed the chicken in the olive oil and butter, then deglazed the pan with wine, added the olives and roasted red peppers, lemon juice. Added extra oil from the red peppers and olives to create more of a sauce. Fresh squeeze of lemon on top with feta. I am sorry I did not make more. It was really good!

Great recipe. Made is a while ago and I'm making it again. The leftovers are great also.

I made this for my husband on Valentines Day and it was wonderful. The chicken was so moist and the flavors just burst in your mouth. Will definetly make this again!

Not impressed. It was fine, but not worth the effort and mess it took to make it. I love to cook, and I love all these flavors, but all together it was just intense. I agree with others who said it took longer than the recipe says and that it was too much couscous--the stuffing would have been enough without the side. Having read the reviews, I only used 1.5 cups of couscous rather than the 2 for the stuffing--and I still had extra! My husband liked it more than I did. It was certainly a pretty and impressive looking dish. It was fine overall--but having been the one who made it, I would not do so again. Effort just not worth the end result. Too many other really good dishes out there for such okay!

My husband and I absolutely love this recipe. The ingredients are relatively common but the way they're layered onto one another makes them just exquisite. It's the ultimate comfort food with a flare for the exotic. The flavors go so well together that you can adjust the quantity based upon what you need -- it's not one of those recipes where you HAVE to have 1 cup if it calls for it, you can wing it and it still tastes great. Love the recipe so much that we usually double it. A must try!

This one was a hit. I was a little afraid it'd come out too salty from the olives, feta and sun dried tomatoes, but it was great. I was looking for inventive ways to use the big tin of couscous I got a good deal on, and my family loved it- there were no leftovers whatsoever.

One thing I do have to say though, is that the feta cheese and couscous mixture that was leftover after stuffing the chicken was a bit much. Maybe that wasn't a problem for anyone else(? But in my case, next time I'm just going to half that couscous/feta mixture and leave more couscous for the side of the dish.

Thanks for the hard work Guy :

AMAZING! We loved this recipe so much. I substituted the sundried tomatoes for cherry tomatoes and left out the butter, it was just gorgeous. I tried this out when I had friends round for dinner and they all thought it was delicious. This is the first Guy Fieri recipe I have tried, I'm looking forward to the next one.
    Thanks Guy!

Tasty - and I left out half of the ingredients!!! Used red wine instead of white, left out the garlic and lemon juice, subbed dried cherries for kalamata olives, and it still rocked! : Can't wait to try it next time, I'll use all the ingredients and I bet it will be even better. One tip, use toothpicks or twine to keep the stuffing from falling out.
