This was really delicious- both my husband and I loved it. I served it with a big spinach salad and it was perfect. It took a lot longer than the 40 minutes though, that is for sure.

This was a HUGE hit with my fiance and my eight year old. This was really easy to prepare and so tasty! I loved the sweetness of the sauce, will definitely make again. Perfect dish for entertaining!!

When I have new company over to the house I try to stick with recipes I know but I went out on a limb with this one and it was amazing. Everyone at the table loved it and there was not a single bite left. The flavors worked so well together. It was awesome!

It was very yummy, but it took me much longer to make than 15 minutes.

I am always looking for new chicken recipes to make while in school. This turned out awesome thought I ended up with a lot of extra couscous so I just used that with a simple grilled chicken. Definitely a keeper

Had this tonight was a big hit. Sundried Tomatoes were excellent. Chicken cooked to perfection. Put the left over couscous on a big platter and center cut the chicken and layered on top. Was really good, everyone was very impressed.

This recipe was a lot easier and quicker than I thought it was going to be. I used greek green olives stuffed with peppers because I didn't have any kalamatas and it was fantastic. The couscous was delicious. Give this one a try!

So I don't like olives and used baby portabellas instead and it was so good! I also did plain rice instead of couscous cuz it was all I had handy. It took me about two hours as regular rice takes a bit longer to cook. My picky little girl loved it as did the rest of our family! I made extra rice (2 cups to serve with the chicken it was perfect and more than enough for our family of five!

This was very good and definitely a nice change but stuffing the chicken was tricky. I made it again and just seasoned and grilled the chicken on my George Forman grill and served the chicken on top of the couscous. Make extra sauce-I added some chicken broth and less butter to make it a little healthier. Thank you Guy!

I loved all the ingredients, so expected far greater things. Won't do again. Too many wonderful recipes out there.
